I just received my liltracker 4G kids each by mail and Adam from lil
Tracker bas been absolutely amazing at responding to all my questions before and after the purchase. Very easy to install and the app is pretty user friendly. I still have to get familiar with the entire product but up to now my son and I love the voice messaging and the gps is pretty accurate, I am impressed. There are so many cool features as well. This is the first review I left anywhere for any company. I did this only since I have never seen such a devotion to customer service. I had a smaller issue with LilTracker kid's watch. Jonathon and his team went above and beyond to help out until the issue was absolutely resolved... And I am not an easy customer. They helped out configuring the watch and quickly sent a replacement watch, just on case. This company is amazing and they won't stop until you are happy. The watch itself is nothing like other watches on the market, it is really made for kids. My daughter loves it as it does most of the stuff that fit wrist bands are doing plus I can see where she is and she can contact me quickly.

We got our child a Lil’ Tracker watch so we would have a way of reaching him in case of an emergency. A few weeks ago, the watch stopped charging and I contacted Lil’ Tracker. They, particularly Jonathan Boyd, were very responsive and sent me a new charging cable, and when that didn’t work, sent me a replacement watch. The new watch seems to work seamlessly. It’s wonderful that they stand behind their product and are so helpful. My child wears the watch everywhere he goes and it gives us peace of mind.

I just wanted to touch base and let you know that this watch was a total life saver last week, literally.

My father-in-law had taken the train back from our home back to his supported living facility and decided to take a bit of a walk first
after getting off the train. Before he knew it, the sun had gone down and he was lost and wandering around downtown. The facility called us to report he had not returned and we quickly spotted his location and drove to meet him. When we were just a few minutes away it turns out he had found a taxi and it took him back. Even though he found his way back eventually, it was nice to know we could see almost exactly where he was located which would have otherwise been impossible and distressing. We were even able to take a few photos to see some of his surroundings to help us as we got closer.
