Shipping Policy

Please note that due to new border regulations enacted since the Covid-19 pandemic, effective May 2020, all orders are shipped out from our facilities in Southwestern Quebec. Orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days. All products have a shipping date indicated prior to placing your order (see photo below). All orders are shipped out using Canada Post and delivered using the USPS. Depending on the product(s) ordered, there are 1-2 shipping options available, offering different transit times. Each shipping option provides an estimated transit time which is calculated beginning on the shipping date. Our pledge is to get your package into the postal system by its shipping date. Transit times are typically reliable however they are beyond our control and not guaranteed. Orders shipped by a method including a tracking number can be accurately tracked once they are in possession of the USPS, directly on the USPS website here.
