Shipping Information for Lil Tracker Orders

Effective May 2020, all Lil Tracker GPS trackers, kids' GPS smartwatches, senior tracking devices, and other Lil Tracker products are shipped from our facilities in Southwestern Quebec. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Each product has a clearly indicated shipping date prior to placing your order (see example below).

Reliable Courier Shipping
We ship all orders using a trusted courier service to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Depending on the product(s) ordered, you will have 1-2 shipping options with different transit times available.

Each shipping option includes an estimated transit time, which begins from the shipping date. While we strive to ship your order promptly, transit times are subject to the courier’s schedule and are not guaranteed.

For orders with tracking, you can easily monitor the progress of your package via the courier’s tracking service.
